- The best way to reach us is drop@wearunprofitable.com. Order questions, sizing, a problem with a package: this is the inbox. A real person reads it, usually within a day or two.
02 · Instagram
- We’re on Instagram at @wearunprofitable. DMs are open, but for anything about an order, email is faster and doesn’t get buried.
03 · Before you write
- Most of the common questions get answered on the FAQ: the drop, fit, shipping, returns. Worth a look first. If it’s not there, write us.
04 · What we can't answer yet
- We’re pre-launch, so a few things genuinely aren’t set: prices, the exact drop date, and stock levels. We won’t make those up. Join the drop list and you’ll get them the moment they’re real.
