Free across the US. Out the door in a few days, tracked the whole way. This is how Drop 001 reaches you.

01 · Where we ship

Drop 001 ships across the United States. International isn’t open yet. If you’re outside the US, join the drop list and we’ll tell you the day it is. We’d rather not ship somewhere than promise a lane we can’t run clean.

02 · What it costs

Free on every US order. No threshold to hit, no surprise line at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

03 · When it ships

Orders leave within 1–3 business days. When your piece is packed and handed off, a tracking number hits your inbox. After that it’s US ground transit, on the carrier’s clock: most orders arrive within about 2 to 5 business days once they ship.

04 · Tracking

Every order ships tracked. If the number hasn’t moved a few days in, or something looks off, write us. We’ll chase it with you.

05 · Wrong or undeliverable address

Check your address before you order. If it’s wrong, tell us fast: we pack by hand, so we can usually still fix it before the piece ships. If a parcel bounces back as undeliverable, we’ll reship it once with you covering the reship postage, or refund you less the original shipping.

06 · Lost, damaged, or missing

If a package goes missing in transit or shows up damaged, email drop@wearunprofitable.com and we’ll make it right. If tracking shows it delivered but you don’t have it, tell us within a few days and we’ll help you trace it with the carrier. We can’t auto-refund a confirmed delivery, but we won’t leave you stranded.

When international opens, or any of this changes, this page moves first. Last updated July 5, 2026.
