01 · What UNPROFITABLE is: UNPROFITABLE is a streetwear and community brand. We make clothing about discipline, process, and the long work of getting better at something. That is the whole product.
02 · What it is not: Nothing on this site or in our content is financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or business advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. The name is a philosophy, not a promise about money.
03 · No signals, no claims: We do not sell or provide trade signals, alerts, strategies, a trading room, mentorship, income claims, or guaranteed outcomes of any kind. If anyone offers you those in our name, it is not us.
04 · The theme is a theme: We use the language of trading and recovery because it’s honest about a real arc: losses, review, reset, rebuilding standards. Wearing the piece won’t change your P&L. Reading the words won’t either. That was never the offer. The work is the point.
05 · Do your own thing responsibly: Any financial decision you make is yours. If you need advice about money, investing, or trading, talk to a licensed professional who knows your situation. Build responsibly.
