01 · When does Drop 001 open?: Checkout opens once the final product proof, sizing, shipping, and policy terms are all posted. Join the drop list and you’ll be first to know. The list gets first access.
02 · Is checkout live yet?: Not yet. Right now the only move is joining the drop list for early access. We’ll never charge you before the drop is genuinely ready to ship.
03 · Will I see final product photos before paying?: Yes. No payment opens until final product photography is posted. You see exactly what you’re buying first.
04 · Will there be a restock?: A restock isn’t guaranteed. Drop 001 is one limited run, built to the list. Join the drop list for first access, so a second chance isn’t the plan you’re counting on.
05 · What does joining the drop list get me?: First access to Drop 001 before it opens to anyone else, the size survey so the run gets built to fit you, and the drop date straight to your inbox. No spam. Leave anytime.

06 · Will there be a size chart?: Yes. Measured size charts and fit notes are on each product page and are finalized before checkout.
07 · What's the fit of the tee?: Oversized gym fit, true black. Runs big: between sizes, size down for a closer cut.
08 · What's the fit of the hoodie?: Oversized gym fit. Heavyweight pullover, true black. Runs big: between sizes, size down for a closer cut.
09 · What size is the hat?: One size, structured, with a curved brim and an adjustable back clip. It fits a range without guessing.
10 · What if I'm between sizes?: Everything runs oversized. Between sizes, size down for a closer cut, or stay true to size for the fuller drape. The size guide on each product page maps height and build to a size.
11 · How do I care for it?: It’s built heavy and made to be worn hard. The exact wash and care lands at launch, confirmed with the manufacturer and printed on the garment, so you’re not guessing.

Shipping & returns

12 · What does shipping cost and how fast is it?: Shipping is free across the US, and orders ship within 1–3 business days with tracking. Full detail on the shipping page.
13 · Do you ship internationally?: Not yet. Drop 001 ships within the US. If you’re outside the US, join the drop list and we’ll tell you when international opens.
14 · Will there be returns or exchanges?: Yes. 14 days from delivery, unworn with tags. Size exchanges are free, and refunds go to your original payment method. Change your mind and you cover the return label; if we got it wrong, it costs you nothing. Full terms on the returns page.
