No dark patterns and no fine print you need a lawyer for. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and how to get out. Written for a pre-launch drop list, which is all this site is today.
01 · What we collect
- One thing: the email address you give us when you join the drop list. If you tap a size in one of our emails, we also store that size against your profile so we build the run to demand. That is all. No names, no addresses, no payment details. There is no checkout on this site yet.
02 · Why we collect it
- To tell you when Drop 001 goes live and to give the list first access. That is the only reason. We do not email you for anything you did not sign up for.
03 · Who we share it with
- We send email through Klaviyo, our email provider, who stores and delivers it on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email to anyone, and we do not hand it to advertising networks.
04 · Cookies & tracking
- This site currently runs no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. If that ever changes, we will update this page and this line before turning anything on.
05 · Your choices
- You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. To see what we hold on you, or to have it deleted, email drop@wearunprofitable.com and we will take care of it.
06 · Changes
- When we add checkout or anything that changes what we collect, we will revise this page and move the date below. Last updated July 4, 2026.
