14 days from delivery. Free size exchanges. Refunds to your card, not store credit. Here is the whole policy, written to be read.

01 · The window

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Email us inside the window and you’re covered, even if the piece travels back after it closes.

02 · The condition

Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and the original packaging. We inspect every piece when it arrives back. Try it on, stand in front of the mirror, decide. Just don’t live in it first.

03 · Size exchanges are free

Wrong size is on us to fix. We send you a prepaid return label and ship the new size at no charge. If your size is gone by the time you reach us (it’s a limited run), we refund you in full instead.

04 · Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the piece arriving back and passing inspection. No store-credit games. For a change-of-mind return, you cover the return label; we cover everything else.

05 · If we got it wrong

Defective piece, wrong item, wrong size shipped? That’s our error and it costs you nothing. We cover the return label, the replacement, and its shipping. If you’d rather have your money back, full refund including all shipping.

06 · The Full Set & hats

The Full Set returns as a set: all pieces together, or an exchange worked out over email. The Structured Hat returns only unworn with tags, for hygiene reasons. No restocking fees on anything, ever.

07 · How to start

Email drop@wearunprofitable.com with your order number and what you need. A photo helps if it’s a defect. A real person reads it and replies with your label and instructions.

08 · Changes

If this policy ever changes, the current version lives here. Last updated July 6, 2026.
